Retainer Utilisation now uses a real link to match Harvest-sourced hours
Hours synced from Harvest are now matched to a project using a real, manually-confirmed link rather than guessing from a name or code that can drift over time. This is the durable fix for the mismatch you've been seeing between Retainer Utilisation and the Timesheet & Expenses report - previous attempts to match by ID or by code both turned out to be unreliable for older data.

Fixed another gap in Retainer Utilisation's Harvest-sourced hours
Hours synced from Harvest were being matched to a project by an internal ID that isn't reliable for that older data (the same kind of mismatch already worked around elsewhere in the app for matching clients), so a project's older, Harvest-sourced hours could still be left out of Retainer Utilisation even after last time's fix. They're now matched by project code instead, which stays consistent even if a project gets renamed - so hours logged the older way are counted correctly everywhere on this report.

Billing Type now shown as a tag, plus a couple of Retainer form tweaks
Every project's Billing Type (SLA/Retainer, Fixed Cost, Time and Material, API Integration) now shows as a small tag - on the Project List, and next to each project on Retainer Utilisation's By Project tab (the same style used for the "budget" tag there). The Retainer form's "Period Start"/"Period End" fields are now labelled "Retainer Start Date"/"Retainer End Date" for clarity. Also fixed: when adding a new Retainer to a project, its start/end dates now default to that project's actual current allocation period instead of a generic "today" guess, so a freshly added retainer's hours show up immediately on Retainer Utilisation instead of silently landing in the wrong period.

Fixed missing hours on Retainer Utilisation's By Project/By Client/Fixed Cost tabs
Hours (and, on Fixed Cost, labor cost) logged through the older Harvest-synced timesheet data weren't being counted on the By Project/By Client/Fixed Cost tabs or in Total Summary's billable figure, even though that data has always been tied to a specific project, billable flag and cost. A project could show far less usage or spend than it actually had if any of its time came from that older data. Fixed - both sources are now counted consistently everywhere on this report.

Retainer Utilisation's Total Summary now splits billable/non-billable hours
Total Summary now shows Total Hours Billable and Total Hours Non-Billable instead of a single combined Total Hours Logged figure. The billable figure is scoped the same way as the By Project/By Client tabs below it, so it always reconciles exactly with Monthly Capacity Summary's Hours Logged for the same filter - no more numbers that look like they disagree.

Timesheet & Expenses report now splits billable/non-billable hours
The totals line above the report tabs now shows Total Hours Billable and Total Hours Non-Billable alongside the existing Total Entries and Total Hours, so you can see the billable split at a glance without digging into the Billable column row by row.

Fixed hours mismatch between Retainer Utilisation tabs
The By Project and By Client tabs on Retainer Utilisation now use the exact date range you've filtered to (matching Total Summary and the Timesheet & Expenses report), instead of each project silently resolving its own current period behind the scenes. Hours Logged and the Monthly Capacity Summary will now always agree with the rest of the report for the same filter, and the "Hours Logged" column header shows the actual date range being counted.

Removed the "Bill to Retainer" toggle from time entries
Time entries no longer have a separate "Bill to Retainer" switch on Add/Edit - whether an entry counts towards a project's retainer or fixed cost budget is now based only on the existing Billable flag, so there's one less thing to remember to toggle.

Client budgets now show as a monthly hours allocation
If a client has a monthly budget set (in Rand), the Retainer Utilisation report's By Client tab now converts it into a monthly hours allocation, using a blended hourly rate based on the sell rates of everyone assigned to that client's projects, and adds it on top of any project-level retainer allocations. The report shows this in hours only - it never displays the Rand figure itself.

Retainer Utilisation filters now match the Timesheet & Expenses report
The Client filter, Current Period date preset, and active filter chips with a Clear all button now work the same way as they do on the Timesheet & Expenses report. The separate Project filter has been removed - the By Project and By Client tabs still break results down per project and client regardless.
